KTC Refund Policy for Membership Products and Business Service Products

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which KTC will provide refunds for membership products and business service products. KTC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

2. Rights of Rejection

You may reject the service within 5 days of the service delivery completion date, unless otherwise specified in a Special Service Level Agreement (SLA). The service delivery completion date is considered to be the date on which you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the service.

3. Refund Eligibility

A. Membership Products
Initial payments for membership products are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with your membership product, you may cancel your membership and receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused portion of your membership term.
B. Business Service Products
Initial payments for business service products are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with your business service product, you may request a refund within 5 days of the service delivery completion date. KTC will review your request and determine whether a refund is warranted.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please submit a written request to KTC customer support at [email protected] Your request should include your name, contact information, order number, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

5. Refund Processing

Once KTC has reviewed your refund request, we will notify you of our decision within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Violation of Policy by Buyer

You are responsible for ensuring timely payment per the agreed-upon terms and conditions. If you fail to make timely payments, you may be subject to default actions and liabilities. Initial payments will remain non-refundable under the agreed-upon contract conditions.
